A half tray feeds about 8 to 10 people and a full tray of rice feeds about 15 to 20. For a full meal, plan on roughly one entree half tray per 10 guests, plus rice and a side or two.
The sooner the better, especially for large parties and weekends. A whole fresh ham needs at least 3 days notice. Email us your date and we will let you know what is available.
